This for sure was the most challenging course to get too...Upon entering the gate, a "helicopter" swooped down on me...I ducked , then a "tank" that was camoflauge came out from behind the trees, I drove a little faster so it would not catch me then I encountered a missile launching cannon, took a sharp turn to the left....finally home free, saw the Borden Golf Club :) The course was just as challenging...You definitely had to have a rocket launcher in your arsenal .....long par 5s, long par 3s ( 154yds) a couple of dog legs ...despite the heavy artillery coming in...course was in immaculate c…

Absolutely delicious breakfast at this spot highly recommend! We had crispy bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, breakfast sausage, and a fresh yogurt parfait with fruit. Everything was made fresh and tasted amazing. The coffee was great too! A special shoutout to the staff member who noticed we had a baby and kindly brought over a high chair without us even asking. Such thoughtful service we left so happy! We highly recommend it! Family friendly cozy place.

Awesome course, beautifully maintained! Worth the drive as it’s fairly inexpensive. Highly recommend if you can make the trip or if you’re local. Only played the front 9 holes but from what I saw, this is an excellent location!

The course is in great shape. The course might not be the longest but it provides us challenges. Greens are super fast. Excellent play. Great value.

The best kept secret in this area, because this is the best kept golf course north of Toronto. My wife and I were met in the parking lot by a fine young with a very clean golf cart and was teeing off in ten minutes. Everyone was were so friendly, we have golfed all round the area, I refuse to write a bad review, but when golf on a course that is so well manicured, I will to let my golf enthusiasts know about this hidden Jem. I have to add that I have golfed here years ago and the conditions are much better.

- 7:20am tee time so pace was obviously very good as we were the second group to tee off - course was in good condition - not sure if they have a cart girl, I have been to this course a fair amount of times and do not remember there being one - round was just under $100 and I would say it is a very fair price for the course and its conditions

Being an avid golfer, and blessed to have been able to golf several courses, near & far, I must say that this location is one of the most beautifully maintained, and finest round of enjoyment I've experienced, in what seems, a long time!!! You definitely need to have good "course management ", to navigate this course, as it has many enticing shots available, but, like a Links course, the greens are tiny, and full of undulations, and the terrain can play havoc if you miscalculate, and under/overshoot your target. Joined some wonderful people for dinner with the Angus Chamber of Commerce. Received outstanding service! The food provided was also excellent, and the hall was complimentary to the event. The only suggestion I have is to provide some light on the parking lot, for safety, and to make it easier to get into your car. Thank you for hosting us.

A very good golf course on the military base

It was a breezy day on the course. Course was very well looked after. Enjoy playing here each and every time. They need to purchase or rent more Carts!!!! The last 3 times I have played here we have had to wait too start because all of the carts were on the course????

I’m a member at a different local course but I’ve played Circle Pine at Borden dozens & dozens of times over the last several years. I just played it yesterday (8 July 22) and I’ve NEVER seen it in such remarkable condition. From tee to green it was PLUSH, PLUSH, PLUSH — Kevin & his crew have the place in absolutely primo condition. If you’ve never played here, you must give it a run. It’s an old course, so that means small greens by today’s standards, and I swear you’ll be hard pressed to find a perfectly flat lie in the fairways.
