Phenomenal experience just as I had heard and it exceeded every expectation! from the moment you stepped foot on the ferry. The ride over is so peaceful and tranquil. the 30 minutes passes by far too quickly! The convenience in hospitality of the staff make everything so simple. the layout of the course is terrific. conditions were pretty good. can't really expect him to be immaculate. Although holes number 8 and 17 are supposedly the signature holes, I felt like there were at least six to eight signature holes. Once you approach the fourth green and the fifth tea box. the course really shines…

Did the member for a day deal and glad I did. The ferry ride, the shuttle to the course, the staff and the course was top notch. Even though i was a guest i felt welcomed to be there. The views were stunning.

Haig Point is just incredible! While private, they offer a member for a day program that allows you to experience the island life and have a top 100 level course nearly to yourself! First - you ferry out to the island! How many people get to take a boat to play golf for the day? You can and it’s much cheaper than playing Harbour Town (also a great experience but by comparison Haig Point is a steal)! Make it so if you have a full day and play all 29 holes.

This was my first round Haig Point Signature course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a tough track with a lot of forced carries, but the course was in great shape and pace of play was really good. Hope to be able to play the course again in the future!

My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a woman in HR named Sonja. I called to reach the maintenance or grounds manager, and not only was she rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, she was NOT helpful and useless. I advised that I would be leaving a review online and she kept replying with a snotty, immature and snide voice “ OKAYY WELL THANK YOU” . She knew I was dissatisfied and still tried to antagonize the situation. She lacks absolute professionalism and I hope the next time I have to call there She’s no longer an employee.

The Calibogue Course turns a round of golf into an adventure. You have to take a ferry out and back as there are no bridges. Make sure your ducks are in a row or you could miss your tee time. A shuttle then picks you up and takes you to the course. The clubhouse staff was very amiable all around and even let me borrow a putter as my son had taken mine out of my bag and not put it back. Take your credit cards as they don't accept cash. The course itself is a great layout with sweeping views of the sound and hhi/harbourtown and is generally well maintained. A few problem areas keep it from being…

Played here yesterday. The course itself was great, probably one of the most beautiful courses I’ve played. But the customer service ruined the whole day for us. From the cart and bag guys to the shuttle people even the people in the restaurant. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an upscale or at any course for that matter. As someone who lives close by, as much as I loved the course I wouldn’t go back. Not worth the money to be treated like you’re irrelevant.
